I used to trust LG, but their service has become terrible—untrained technicians and poor customer support. I recently bought the Aquaguard Delight NXT from Amazon (ordered on April 26, delivered on April 29) and was amazed by the same-day installation. The product is excellent, and the service was smooth and professional. Highly recommended—far better than other top brands!

The product is wonderful, Soundless, compact . But their is one confusion or conflict required to address related to Plastic diverter valve provided along with product. However service installation people are denying to install the same and asking additional 750 rupees for metal diverter. Why such marketing their by the installation team . He should install the original item came with product without asking for alternative.

Product good, as per brand expectation. But, E Forbes is charging a hefty AMC / Cartridge Replacement charge. For me, one year AMC is almost equal to cost of a brand new device. So, It may be preferable and shifting to a new filter altogether, certainly of a different brand whose maintenance is economical.

The installation was easy, the build quality is good, and I would rate the taste of the water 8 out of 10.

Value for money

Product is good, the quality seems to be fine. But there were installation issues. First, the installation was delayed by about a week. Then the connecting pipes were not replaced, fitted the older ones (of previous filter) only, that got damaged in 2 days. Tried contacting the concened person, but no response. Had to get rectified the leakage problem from the market.

In the description, it was mentioned that we wouldn't have to pay anything extra and that everything needed would be included with the product. However, when the person came for the installation, he told me that the existing noser was not suitable and replaced it, asking me to pay for it. While the installation was done properly, I later realized that there’s no such thing as a free service — they come, find something to add or change, and we end up having to pay for it ourselves.

The product is fine but the service was scheduled on Sunday and technician came after a day later telling that Sunday was holiday, knowing that how can the company allot an installation slot on Sunday, the technician will try to convince you that the water pressure is below average and that you have to install a rs 2500 pump to increase the pressure or if you don't you will not be given the previous filter whose price is also to be given separately than the filter, I chose not to install it and from my perspective it's working fine
