These work really well , takes a week or so to kick in so have another bottle on stand by. I could tell if I missed a dose . After about 2 months I had to increase my dose to 2 gummies a day and so far has worked great .

I had been hearing about the benefits of ashwaganda but wasn’t sure if it was a new fad or worthy of the hype. I love this product! They taste really good. I am not big on sugary tasting things so many other gummy products I have tried I haven’t cared for. They nailed it with the tart cherry flavor. No they are not sour and tart...it’s just a tad tart enough to make the gummy taste good and not like a sugar cube. The flavor reminds me of something from my childhood almost... not sure what exactly but I enjoy that aspect too. I eat a couple a day and it helps keep my anxious nerves at bay

These vitamins had a good taste and texture. Easy to chew. However, I didn't feel any changes at all. Delivery was on time.

I wood have given this a 5 of the cherry flavor was stronger. I also think the color green reminds me of watermelon or green apple. So my eyes were not believing what my mouth was about to taste. It gets stuck in your teeth a little. The effect is subtle and not overpowering in terms of how can I feel. I do notice after a few days that I'm relaxed, I can focus easier on my thoughts Ave in tending to remember more things in a day in my to do list that I can get done and create more productivity. I don't notice any kind of crash or anxiety when I take these

I highly recommend this product! The flavor itself is as many have mentioned is sorta play-do in flavor, however it’s something I could manage with. The benefits it brings are substantially noticeable. More focus, more clarity on itself, and less stress and anxiety with taking it with day to day.

TBH- I was excited to purchase, because I heard many great benefits to a natural happy combined with zinc makes the perfect combo for stress relief!Side note- I’ve bought ashwaganda loose leaf tea, it’s quiet potent unique tasting, but enjoy the gummies better!I’ve noticed a change of mood, for the rest of the day, if I take early in the morning.Will buy again.Only con- a little sticky to your teeth and it taste stale like as if you are eating DOTs candy Gummy

The recommended daily dosage for Ashwagandha is at least 250mg to feel any effects whatsoever, and can be as high as 5 grams. I regret not having read the picture showing the label; the actual Ashwagandha dosage of one gummy is 25mg. Therefore, the entire bottle amounts to a total of only 1.5 grams of Ashwagandha and only provides a total of 6 daily servings of the minimum dosage of 250mg. You're actually paying for only 6 days of the minimum dosage + you'd be consuming 10 gummies daily. I'd rather pay $5 for a bag of cherry gummies and take a different Ashwagandha supplement with at least 500mg of Ashwaganha to feel any effect.

Overall, this is a great Ashwagandha supplement. I am not a huge fan of the flavor, but that's also because I do not like cherry. I expected the gummy to be a bit more tart, so that's my only complaint. That said, the supplement is full of benefits such as weight loss, sexual stimulant, and stress relief. Would recommend and will look into other flavors in the future for myself.
