Am very pleased with this book. I got it a couple of months before me & my partner started trying for a family. This book is very ensightful on how to prepare your body for pregnancy. There are photo's and graph's to help and I like the little questionaire's. Have not concieved yet but with the help of this book my body is in the best possible condition to do so.

I bought this book hoping for a good "try this now" approach to getting pregnant after trying for 6 months. What I actually got was a book that could have been my text book in high school. Its really just general knowledge most of the time, and is probably best for people who havent even begun trying yet.I think it promises much more than it delivers.

Good reading good facts

This is a good book to read through to understand more about fertility and how you can maximise your chances of getting pregnant. It's an easy read with lots of practical advice. I have found it useful.

This product gave me the information I wanted. Easy to read and reference when I need to. The price was great for what I was getting too.

this book is not exhaustive for the amount paid. It should have been better

We have a baby on the way, I don't know how much the book helped. I do know my wife was very confident going into this part of our life.
