8bitdo are brilliant
Bought refurbished - like new and surprised with the condition as don't have a good experience with amazon renewed. All original accessories provided with box and controller had no signs of use.Quite impressed by the controller's quality, although I usually play story games, there's no delay while playing competitive. Haven't experienced any drift even after playing everyday for a few weeks. The additional trigger buttons weren't really of much use of me. Overally happy with the purchase.

Extremely good, especially for the price.
One of the better controllers I've used for sure, fits well in the hands, responsive, and a very good price, easily competes with official Xbox controllers for a fraction of a price.

Perfect for Roblox
Got this after a cheap Bluetooth controller started drifting. The quality is fantastic and it simply works straight out of the box. It’s been getting a thrashing from my boy playing Roblox and still looks and feels brand new.

Stiff joystick spring but overall very good
Excellent controller for the money. It seems well built but the materials do feel a little bit cheap in comparison to higher end controllers, understandably of course. It is sturdy though, and the Wukong design looks great. The shell is translucent but works well with the overall aestheticThe buttons are nice and clicky, nothing feels mushy. You get 2 mappable buttons between the triggers and bumper buttons. The instructions are well layed out for how to map the buttons as well as disabling the deadzones. I did a test with the hall effect analog sticks and the circularity wasn't perfect, but it's more than good enoughI have the wired version. They provide a Type A to Type C USB cable. It feels like a good quality cable. Thick but still malleable. Haven't had any issues with disconnections. I plug it into my PC via the case's front USB 3.0 portI only have one small gripe with the controller. The joysticks themselves feel a little bit stiff and because of that it's harder to make very fine adjustments. I compared to my DS4 and Dualsense controllers and their sticks move with less effort and are easier to get exactly where I want to move or aim. Maybe the springs in the Ultimate 2C will get worn a bit over time to make it easier, I'm hoping at least. These use hall effect analogs, and triggers apparently, so they should last longer and not suffer from drift as quickly. Time will tell how it holds up but their higher end models have good reviews and are recommended a lot so I have no reason to doubt this controller so farIt's a good value option

Overall good controller but the roght joystick just pops off
Overall it was an okay controller, kind of small in size for my liking though. The problems started early on when the right joystick would pop off randomly while gaming. I contacted support and they very rudely told me that its meant to be doing that and if i dont like it i should just return it. So yeah after the extremely rude customer support i wouldnt buy anything from this company as they dont care about their clients.

Exceeds expectations
I'd heard about their controllers before but honestly the quality of the controller for the price amazed me in some aspects was even better then a normal Xbox controller one nit pick is the triggers I prefer the Xbox triggers and they are more PlayStation triggers but again, that's just personal preference. Nothing against the controller. Inherently
