Apexy Authentic Hot Pot Soup Base Variety Pack (Pack of 2)Love these Hot Pot base soups. Our Hotpot has 2 sides. so we can use both of these at the same time. one for regular and the other one for spicy. having to boil bone soup sometimes takes time. These base soups are great as it can be added to the hot water and we would be ready. The flavors are pretty good. For the convenience, this is really a no brainer. I would recommend them

This is easy and convenient enough to use. It's almost like a paste and you mix it in with water.I think the noodles I used overpowered the flavor of these because I couldn't say much about the flavor. It might be good to use less water than recommended for more flavor.I also, when I try new things, usually take a bite and then wait for a while. It's extremely rare for me to have an allergic reaction, but I try to be safe regardless and make sure I don't have a reaction before I eat the whole thing. When I did that with this, and my soup cooled off, this broth became like chalk. Tasted like chalk, too. So I would recommend eating it right away if you try it. You can see in the last photo it clumped up.One last issue I had: the sodium. These have insanely high sodium! Hopefully they make versions with less sodium in the future.These might be good for a quick soup stock, but they just didn't work out for me.
