Love them
This is my second set of Calphalon cookware. My fisrt was no stick and really wanted to switch to stainless steel. No brainer absolutely Calphalon. My other set was still fantastic gave it to friend who loves it. They stack well. They keep the heat even. Fabulous. Only thing is delivery was a bit of a hassle.

Great set!
I love the stackability. I had a standard set of Calphalon previously and they took up soooo much space! I have a smaller kitchen now and needed them to fit in the stove drawer (which they do).The handle on the lid seems very odd at first but the handle on top of the standard set would always get so hot I would have to use a hot pad. So this design is actually much more practical.Another reviewer posted that the “exact same” set is available at target for cheaper. However this set it Premier and the set at target is Select. The main difference being that Select is disk/impact clad and the body of the pans are very thin. This set is fully clad giving much better heat distribution and less likely to warp over time. The Premier line also has many more pots and pans that could be added to your collection at another time. Select does not.

Precisely the set I needed: beautiful, functional, and easy to clean.
PROS:* Stainless.* Even heat distribution.* Stackable!* Uniform size groupings.* Easy to clean.* Set includes almost every cook top pan and pot you might require.CONS:* It does require patience to learn how to use and care for these pans. If you own cast iron skillets and they aren't rusted, then you have the skills to care for these.* The unique stackable design of the pots and their lids means the lids lay flat and don't have handles on top. Not a huge problem, but for those accustomed to handles on the top of their lids - it might present a problem. Still, this isn't a con [for me] as I wanted stackable stuff.Use:The stainless steel cookware I owned up until now (age 41) was the set I've cared for since my mother gifted me a set when I moved out on my own almost 24 years ago. They worked and still do a great job. However, I didn't care for all of the pieces as well as I should have in the early days. As a result, I destroyed a few pans in the set including skillets.I replaced them time after time with nonstick (mostly Calphalon and T-Fal). But I have grown weary over the years of having the bloody pans scratched because a guest or my family doesn't use the correct utensils. We just bought a new home and so now was the time to buy new kitchen cookware as well. And this is the one I settled on thanks to all of the wonderful reviews out there. One thing is for certain, you must be patient to own these. You must also have a stove top that is predictable. If your stove isn't predictable, then what you think you have it set to may lead to less than stellar performance of this set.LOW SUSTAINED HEAT is your friend! Start low! Add your cooking fat and let the pan heat completely before introducing food. Particularly eggs. But really, any food. You can adjust the heat upwards if you really need to, but these pans do such a great job at distributing and storing heat that it is easy to lose control.CLEAN BETWEEN USES. To ensure that cooking performance is consistent, don't use the pan unless the bottom looks as shiny as when it arrived. To help you in keeping these pots looking stellar, use Bar Keepers Friend and a non-scratch scouring cloth (like https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FNDG2GE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). 75% of the time I don't need to use BKF and instead just clean with the non-scouring cloth. Works wonders and always makes smile to seen them brilliant.EXPERIMENT. "Practice makes perfect" someone said. Before you cook a big meal or show off your new set's capabilities, test out your pans. Learn how they react and what they can do.Making gravies and sauces using the pan drippings and deglazed stickies to making scrambled eggs is a breeze with this set.I posted a video of scrambled eggs being prepares. I didn't have a recording stand so I was holding my phone in one hand, and fumbling and cooking using the other. I tossed and stirred more than I typically would to show that the eggs aren't sticking. My method is to add a dash of [avocado] oil to coat the pan (with a paper cloth if needed), turn on the stove to LOW, let it warm, add butter, once it starts to sizzle, add eggs. Stir occasionally and gently. No stick silk rich goodness awaits. Thanks again for all of the wonderful people that took time to review these pans convincing me that I could handle these.
