Very pretty and delicate

This necklace is great for the price, I had another in my cart and after customizing it was over 50$. It’s cute, I haven’t worn it much so I can’t speak to wether it tarnishes easily or not. It arrived super quick!

Clasp is a little difficult to close, but overall very pleased with this.

I love this necklace! My sweet baby grabbed it and broke the chain. I messaged the sellers and they were so kind! They sent me a replacement with a stronger, yet still dainty chain. It is holding up, but I’m also being careful not to let my baby grab it this time!

The necklace is exactly as shown. That bring said, I was SO SAD when it broke very quickly. HOWEVER!!! The customer service I received from this company is unlike any other! I let them know it broke, and figured I'd give a shot to ask for a replacement or refund. To my surprise, I received a response within an hour with a sincere apology and promise to receive a replacement within days. I. WAS. SHOCKED. When I received my replacement (maybe 2 days later?) It included a hand written letter reminding me of the warranty and thanking me again for being a customer. I cannot say how happy I am with the service and product. Will purchase more products from them in the future!
