Great switch
The media could not be loaded. Great product. Works well! I used it as an on off touch switch instead of supplying power to my lamp.

Worked great, right up until I connected the touch sensor to the RV lamp.
Spent a ton of time wiring everything nice and clean using shrink connectors and testing everything along the way. Lamp conducts just fine, and I even tested that it would work along the way, just not once everything was completed. This was SUPER frustrating and the bulbs are only 5 watts total. The stock switch is located behind a cabinet door, so it's annoying having to open and close the door every time we want the light on, since we dry camp leaving it on all the time is not an option. I decided to pivot and just install the switch near the original switch, I was going to install the touch switch behind the stock panel and just run the sensor wire out to a black oxide lag bolt I would install on the cabinets as that would be a minimal mod. I went to test functionality using alligator clip type jumper cables and this time the sensor would not do anything. I am extremely proficient with 12v wiring and confirmed everything with a volt meter first, but no go, at some point I think the unit went bad or something. Anyway, I am just going to order switches and install it the hard way, was hoping to avoid having to make any irreversible modifications, but that is not going to happen.

WORKS!
Works perfect for me. I even attached a bare copper wire (about 20gauge?) to the touch wire and ran it under a shelf. The entire 5ft length of copper controls the switch if you touch it anywhere.

Mostly works as advertised
I used this to connect to an LED lamp and the lamp is never truly off. There is a faint glow from the LED even in the off condition. It's probably because I mounted it inside the LED fixture (a rather snug fit) and since it is a touch switch type thing I just assume there is some leakage, Did this for two lamps so it's not a failure of one module, just a design flaw/feature. Since these are bedside lamps, the very soft glow helps locate it in the dark so I actually like it.

Very disappointed wish I could give a lower rating then 1 star.
I bought this for a project last May they worked great, so I ordered again for a similar project in December I have found out that the company went from 36 watt out put to 12 watts. Which is absolutely useless to me. I won't recommend or buy this product again

Works great, but
I had to isolate the yellow wire from the 12v lamp, or it wouldnt work

Extending the touch sensor required shielded COAX Cable
Touch control does what it says it will do..... HOWEVERIf you are not installing inside a lamp but are planning on extending the "Touch" on/off to a metal plate (like to touch under cabinet lights on/off) you will need to use shielded coax to extend the touch control. The slightest touch to the insulated wire will turn the lights on and off. Any accidental touch along your wire extension will turn the lights on and off.Simply covering the wire with tin foil didn't prevent this for me. I tried shielded coax RG59 coax and it worked for my short test. I don't know if it will work for longer runs or if thunder storms will cause the lights to go on and off.
